Incredible view and comfortable rooms. The breakfast spread was fantastic with a variety of options. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing new year's getaway. The cable car is easily accessible and allows for easy transportation to the nearby activities.
The language barrier was a bit frustrating, with limited English spoken by staff members. It would have been helpful for the staff to offer more detailed information about the surrounding area and attractions.

The breakfast at this hotel was outstanding with a wide variety of options to choose from. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The hotel's location was key, being away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a peaceful escape. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.
The restaurant within the hotel was a letdown. The menu was limited and the food wasn't very good, plus the service was slow.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even helping me with my luggage when I arrived late at night. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and clean, with a large comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was served on the terrace. Not only did it offer a fantastic view of the city and the sea, but I also enjoyed having dinner there, with tasty food served by exceptional staff. The location of the hotel was also excellent, offering a fairy-tale-like atmosphere and stunning views. There was even a small fun fair for kids, where my daughter had a great time on the trampoline. the hotel was charming, with beautiful gardens and friendly staff.
Nothing 😊 It is perfect!

The hotel is located on a hill, which offers a fantastic view of the city. However, it's quite far from the main attractions and requires a taxi or a long walk to reach the Tram. The rooms are clean, well-presented, and spacious. Breakfast is exceptional and served on the terrace with an amazing view. The staff is helpful and courteous.
The additional charge for using the sauna and hammam facilities was misleading.

The kids absolutely loved playing on the swings and slides, while my wife and I enjoyed relaxing on the benches, surrounded by beautiful flowers. The children were also thrilled to discover the hotel's children's playground, which had plenty of fun activities to keep them entertained. It was delightful to see them laughing and having a great time. The hotel truly offers a family-friendly atmosphere with its recreational facilities.
For dads, it would be great if there were more options for dining with children.

We loved the convenience of the cable cars right outside the hotel, which allowed us to easily explore the main areas of the city.
